A COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE

Diversus Inc. is a Delaware holding company which was founded for the purpose of consolidating and merging insurance companies and other risk taking entities, thereby achieving strategic strength within the insurance market place. Our consolidation model allows for both acquisition and organic growth. By changing the embedded paradigms and focusing on optimal use of capital within the insurance industry, we will deliver a full suite of service capabilities to wholly owned and controlled insurance and reinsurance entities.

Our operating subsidiaries include three Insurance Exchanges admitted in 7 states, a wholesale medical malpractice brokerage company, a medical malpractice litigation and claims management company and a reinsurance intermediary.  Our operational entities provide services to third party clients as well as those entities that we own and control.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to provide Stability and Predictability to our Insureds and partners thereby allowing them to continue to delivering the highest quality medical care possible.

This is achieved by through our Integrated Risk Management Platform which provides supports within the physicians practice and maximizes early warning and intervention. By utilizing existing employees as Risk Coordinators we have the ability to intervene early on and in many cases prevent an untoward event from becoming a claim. We strongly believe that this model improves patient satisfaction and quality of care at no cost to the practice.
