David M. Rocke is a director and Executive Vice President of Enstar Limited, the chief operating company of Enstar Group Limited, a publicly traded insurance holding company headquartered in Bermuda, which also owns Enstar Holdings (US) Inc., the largest Diversus stockholder. Mr. Rocke is a Chartered Accountant and has served Enstar Limited and its various subsidiaries since September 1996. He is and has been actively involved in the structuring and financing of acquisitions of numerous insurance companies and loss portfolio transfers. Mr. Rocke graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in mathematics


Allison L. Pedro is the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company in April 2016, Ms. Pedro was a senior manager in various positions with Nanometrics Inc., a high tech and services business in Ottawa, Ontario. In these roles, she focused on risk management and compliance as well as streamlining strategic operations. Compliance duties included, but were not limited to, integrity of financial information, audit and partnering with IT on data security. Prior to joining Nanometrics, Ms. Pedro was with KPMG in Bermuda from 2002 to 2010, working in Corporate Finance including issuing fairness opinions and providing sell side assistance to US, UK and Bermuda based insurance companies. During this time she was also involved in a number of insurer liquidations as well as the restructuring of a SEC registrant based in Bermuda. Ms. Pedro was also a financial auditor at Deloitte & Touche and KPMG. She has participated in public offerings and other SEC reporting.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (Arizona), holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Canadian Risk Management designation issued by the Global Risk Management Institute in New York. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a bachelor in business administration in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Spanish language.

Dr. Sharps founded Positive Physicians Insurance Exchange in 2002 and has served as the CEO and President since its inception. Dr. Sharps served as President of the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society (POS) from 1999 to 2000. He was also instrumental in the creation of the Political Action Committee (PAC) of POS and was Chairman of the PAC from 1993 to 2011. During that time, the POS PAC became a major factor in Pennsylvania politics, protecting the long term needs of the medical and orthopaedic communities. His experience and insights as a spine surgeon has greatly benefitted our Risk Management and Claim Management process.

He works closely with Kurt Gingrich our TPA. He is a strong advocate of Integrated Risk Management, whereby we partner with our insureds and train their in house staff as to the benefits of notifying Positive Physicians of any unforeseen events and then working aggressively to resolve the issue. Dr. Sharps has also been instrumental in developing technologies that promote patient safety in the operating room and continues to stress the need for integrated risk management in the freestanding outpatient office environment.


Ms. Latta has excelled as the Executive Director of Positive Physicians Insurance Exchange since its inception. Under her watch, the company has significantly grown its database of physician clients, partners, board members and medical community associates.

Ms. Latta has also been instrumental in the company's aggressive expansion plans and now oversees the medical malpractice insurance for our physicians and their offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Ohio.

Ms. Latta has worked with each of Positive Physician's physician groups and strategic partners to ensure rates, protection, and service exceed all expectations. Ms. Latta is a graduate from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Health Education. She is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, Health, & Annuities.
